For grass surface, a Dig Tess, 811 service that locates underground public utilities is required prior to all staking. Site Diagram with tent location marked is required.

Yes- Stakes are ok.

No-We cannot stake. Ballasts (Concrete Weights preferred at an additional cost.)

For concrete, we drill small holes for re-useable anchors. Holes are capped when we leave. If we cannot drill or stake, we use concrete ballasts to secure the tent.

Ballasts are concrete weights of sufficient size to safely ballast tent. These are an additional cost and will require a dedicated truck if more than 8 needed.

Space: Dimensions of the space you would like the tent installed?

*We need a 5-10’ perimeter around the tent for proper ballast installation.* Site visit is necessary if Google Earth image is not up to date or shows obstacles.

Permit: Who is responsible for tent permitting?

Site diagram with tent location marked is required. *Tents over 400sqft or ANY size with walls require a permit. Fire Kits are mandatory by Fire Marshall.

Solid white tops are standard and included in base pricing. Clear is an upgrade charge.

Notes

SETUP/BREAKDOWN: Table & chair setup/breakdown is optional and can be removed if not needed. Setup Diagram will be required upon confirmation of order. **Note if Texas Tent is not handling setup/breakdown the tables/chairs will need to be stacked the same way they were left on delivery. ACCESS: Delivery pricing is based on 50ft from our truck bumper. Please alert us if the distance is further or not straight forward, as additional fees will apply. We will not carry any rental items, up or down steps. Standard Delivery Service Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. After hour or timed services are additional charges.
